Tianne has been with Foxx for over 2 years and her passion for everything related to people management is commendable. Tianne is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and facilitating employee development. With over 20+ years in talent acquisition and wide range of HR operations, she has played a key role in building high-performing teams. She prides herself on fostering a culture of trust, respect, and inclusivity.
Outside of work Tianne enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren. Her other hobbies include photography and gardening. A great amalgamation of relationship building, creativity and sustainability; that is Tianne Mensinger, leading the Foxx culture!
Tianne is a crucial member of the team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development to performance management and compensation. They play a vital role in ensuring that the company has the right people in the right places, with the right skills and knowledge to do their jobs effectively. She has also played a key role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Our very recent Halloween party is a great example for her employee engagement and team building initiatives.
With her vision and co-ordination with the higher management, Foxx has been developing and implementing programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, fostering a thriving environment for everyone within and around.
