EZBio® MTO Flask Cap Assembly
The EZBio® MTO Flask Cap Assembly collection includes sterile 53B VersaCap® assemblies configured for 1L and 2L polycarbonate Erlenmeyer flasks or supplied as cap-only assemblies for customized single-use systems. Manufactured with USP Class VI polypropylene caps and gamma irradiated in the USA, each assembly is sterility tested to SAL 10⁻⁶ and incorporates a 0.22 µm PTFE vent filter to support sterile venting during fluid handling. Sterile flask cap assembly with vent filter configurations are designed for laboratory and bioprocess applications requiring reliable closed-system performance.
Each assembly integrates patented VersaCap® technology with molded hose barbs that help maintain organized tubing during filling, sampling, and media transfer. Compatible with configurable tubing and connector options, these assemblies support media preparation, buffer transfer, cell culture, and sample collection workflows. Gamma irradiated 53B VersaCap assembly and single use flask cap assembly for bioprocessing options provide consistent component quality while simplifying integration into validated laboratory processes.
