EZBio® MTO Bottle Assemblies

Foxx Life Sciences EZBio® Made To Order “MTO” Single Use Sterile Media Bottle Assemblies with Tubing and Vent Filters. Bottles available in Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-modified (PETG), or Polycarbonate (PC). EZBio® “MTO” Single Media Bottle Use Assemblies, allow the customer to select individual components suited for their project needs. Selectable components include Volume and Material of Bottle, Brand of TPE Tubing, Type and Brand of Fittings with Male and Female connectors.

EZBio® made to order single use sterile media bottle assemblies provide configurable fluid transfer solutions for bioprocessing, laboratory, and pharmaceutical applications where closed-system handling is required. Available with PETG or polycarbonate (PC) bottles in multiple volumes, each assembly can be configured with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tubing, vent filters, and compatible male or female fittings. The modular design supports sterile media preparation, sampling, storage, and transfer while maintaining process consistency across research, pilot, and production workflows.

Each assembly is manufactured with application-specific component selections to meet process requirements for tubing material, bottle format, connector type, and filtration. Integrated vent filters help maintain sterile gas exchange, while leak-resistant connections support reliable fluid movement. These custom single use media bottle assemblies, sterile bottle assemblies with tubing and vent filter, and bioprocess fluid transfer bottle assemblies are suitable for media handling, buffer preparation, reagent transfer, and other single-use bioprocess operations requiring flexible fluid path configurations.
