Pressure Sensors
PendoTECH’s Single Use Pressure Sensors™ measure static and dynamic pressure of gases and liquids in your biopharmaceutical processes – accurately and cost effectively. Robust enough to be repeatedly cleaned and inexpensive enough to be utilized in disposable applications, our Single Use Pressure Sensors deliver a dependable alternative to stainless steel pressure transducers. The sensors feature PendoTECH High Accuracy Pressure (MEMS-HAP™) Chips and are perfect for filtration and chromatography processes, monitoring of glass and disposable bioreactors, filling operations and more. They are available in caustic-resistant polysulfone to withstand sanitization processes. PendoTECH’s pressure sensors, which are qualified for use up to 75 psi, are compatible with PendoTECH’s PressureMAT™ monitor/transmitter, PendoTECH’s Process Control Systems or other pre-qualified third-party monitors.
The single-use pressure sensors in this collection provide accurate measurement of static and dynamic pressure for gases and liquids used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Built with MEMS-HAP™ sensing technology and caustic-resistant polysulfone, these disposable bioprocess pressure sensors provide a practical alternative to stainless steel pressure transducers for single-use applications. Configurations include sanitary flange inlet and outlet connections, and the sensors are qualified for operation up to 75 psi for filtration, chromatography, bioreactor monitoring, and filling applications.
Designed for integration with compatible monitoring and control systems, these single-use pressure sensors help maintain reliable process oversight across upstream and downstream operations. Their durable construction supports use with both glass and single-use bioreactors, while sanitary flange connections simplify installation in biopharmaceutical processing environments. The combination of measurement accuracy, chemical compatibility, and dependable performance supports reliable pressure monitoring throughout fluid handling workflows.
