EZBio® Viper Filling Needles are precision-engineered for high-performance fluid dispensing in bioprocessing and pharmaceutical applications. Each needle features an electropolished and passivated 316L stainless steel cannula, securely bonded to a USP Class VI gamma-stable polycarbonate hub using medical-grade UV-curing adhesive.

This collection includes a wide range of configurations with inner diameters from 1.6MM to 4.8MM and lengths of 87.10MM or 125.20MM, offering flexibility for various fill volumes and container types. All needles are non-sterile and double-bag packaged for cleanroom compatibility.

Designed for seamless integration with Pall filling machines, EZBio® Viper Needles ensure leak-free performance, reduced contamination risk, and superior targeting compared to traditional PEEK tubing.
