Available in 15 mL and 50 mL formats, EZBio® Centrifuge Tube Assemblies provide a standardized and reliable approach to managing small-volume process fluids within closed systems.
The EZBio® Centrifuge Tube Assembly is a preconfigured, closed-system sampling and transfer solution complete with TPE tubing and an integrated vent filter. It is specifically designed for handling biopharmaceutical products, intermediates, and reagents while maintaining a controlled and contamination-free fluid pathway.
Each assembly is manufactured using USP Class VI–certified polypropylene components and undergoes gamma irradiation in the United States, ensuring sterility, consistency, and quality assurance.
Both the 15 mL and 50 mL centrifuge tube assemblies feature a closed cap design with an 18-inch inlet line made from 1/8 inch × 1/4 inch TPE tubing, equipped with a pinch clamp and plug for secure flow control. The system also includes a 1.5-inch vent line with a hydrophobic PTFE filter to allow sterile air exchange, along with an integrated diptube to support efficient fluid access.
To improve usability and stability during handling, each assembly is supplied with a centrifuge tube stand capable of securely holding either a 15 mL or 50 mL tube.
