New Product Launch - EZBio® Ultra Capsule Filters

New Product Launch - EZBio® Ultra Capsule Filters

The EZBio® Ultra Capsule Filter line is engineered to deliver reliable, high-flow sterile filtration across bioprocessing, cell culture, and laboratory workflows. Designed to support both liquid and gas filtration needs, these capsule filters combine high effective filtration area with low hold-up volume, enabling consistent performance from benchtop to pilot-scale operations.

Available in PES membranes for liquid sterilization and PTFE membranes for sterile air and gas handling, the EZBio® Ultra Capsule Filters provide flexibility for a wide range of critical applications. Each filter is manufactured in a controlled environment and tested to meet strict industry requirements for sterility, quality, and performance.

The EZBio® Ultra Capsule Filter is a single-use, enclosed filtration device designed for efficient sterile filtration without the need for housing installation. Customers can select membrane type, pore size, effective filtration area, and capsule length based on process scale and application requirements.

For liquid filtration, EZBio® Ultra PES capsule filters offer low protein binding and high throughput, making them suitable for final sterilizing-grade filtration and bioburden reduction. For air and gas applications, EZBio® Ultra PTFE capsule filters provide sterile retention of airborne microorganisms while preventing liquid intrusion into vent or gas lines.

The wide range of capsule sizes allows seamless scaling from development to production while maintaining consistent filtration performance.

Key Features and Benefits
