We are pleased to share that our company has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal for sustainability performance. This recognition reflects our strong commitment to responsible business practices and places us among the leading companies evaluated within the EcoVadis global sustainability network.
The EcoVadis assessment evaluates organizations across four key areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Our achievement demonstrates the progress we have made in embedding sustainability into our operational strategy and decision-making processes. Over the past several years, we have strengthened our sustainability framework through the development and implementation of comprehensive policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that guide our environmental and social initiatives.
In the Environment pillar, we continue to advance initiatives focused on responsible resource management, emissions monitoring, waste reduction, and improved operational efficiency. These efforts support our broader objective of minimizing environmental impact while maintaining high operational standards.
Our approach to Labor and Human Rights focuses on creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace. Through policies that promote employee wellbeing, occupational health and safety, diversity, and fair employment practices, we aim to foster a work environment built on respect, transparency, and accountability.
Under the Ethics pillar, we maintain a strong governance structure supported by ethical guidelines, compliance programs, and internal monitoring mechanisms. These measures help ensure integrity, transparency, and responsible conduct throughout our organization.
In Sustainable Procurement, we work closely with our suppliers and partners to encourage responsible sourcing and supply chain transparency. By integrating sustainability considerations into supplier evaluation and engagement processes, we strive to build a supply chain that aligns with our environmental and social commitments.
Achieving this milestone required strong collaboration across the organization. Teams from Human Resources, Logistics, Production, Environmental Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS), and Health departments played an essential role in supporting the EcoVadis assessment. Their coordinated efforts in providing policies, operational procedures, and performance data enabled us to complete the EcoVadis questionnaire with accuracy and transparency.
Receiving the EcoVadis Gold Medal reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement and long-term sustainability leadership. As we move forward, we remain dedicated to strengthening our sustainability initiatives, engaging our stakeholders, and contributing to a more responsible and sustainable future for our industry and the communities we serve.
