EZBio® 115L Carboys
Foxx Life Sciences’ EZBio® Carboy is an advanced fluid handling system developed with the end-user in mind. The EZBio® Carboy serves as a highly versatile container, suitable for all fluid management applications. Carboys are made entirely of USP Class VI, FDA 21 CFR 177 Grade materials and are available Sterile or Non-Sterile, double bagged. All EZBio® Carboys are carefully triple inspected and double bagged in an ISO 7 cleanroom, in a facility certified to ISO 13485:2016 device manufacturing.
These carboy come in a distinctive rectangular shape that saves valuable bench space and features a wide-mouth design for easy filling and cleaning. The carboy body is ergonomically designed, with large top handles and molded hand grips in the base, allowing the user to easily hold and manipulate during filling, lifting, and pouring. Additionally, the EZBio® Carboy can be coupled with our patented VersaCap® Technology, providing interchangeable and leak-proof top connections. Our caps are molded not machined, to eliminate particles or weakness. Choose from a wide variety of adapter inserts to match your application needs. The EZBio® Carboy features easy-to-read metric graduation marks certified to ±5% accuracy. The carboy material is molded into the side for easy identification, and tells the user if it can be Autoclaved or not.
The EZBio® Polpropylene Carboy is made from translucent USP Class VI, FDA Grade autoclavable material. This offers good chemical resistance and heat stability. The recommended autoclaving cycle is 15 PSI for 20 minutes at 121 C.
