The EZBio®pure Flask with Cap and Adapter “MTO” Single-Use Assemblies allow the customer to select individual components suited to their project needs. Selectable components include the Volume of the Flask, and the number and size of Ports for the Cap insert.
The EZBio®pure Flask system from Foxx Life Sciences is designed to meet the demanding needs of modern bioprocessing by offering, single-use solution for fluid handling. These Flask are manufactured from high-purity PC (Polycarbonate) resins that are USP Class VI certified and free from colorants or additives, making them suitable for sensitive biological applications. The EZBio®pure Flask are paired with the patented VersaCap® systems.
The patented VersaCap® features a molded, non-machined adapter, ensuring a clean fit for bioprocess applications. Its rotating adapter design around the cap helps prevent tube tangling during use, while the interchangeable polypropylene inserts allow for flexible and customizable port configurations. The VersaCap® supports 1/8”, 1/4”, and 5/16” ports with 2 to 4 port Hose Barb configurations.
The non-sterile EZBio®pure Flask with Cap and Adapter is ideal for seamless integration across a wide range of applications—from small-scale setups to larger bioprocess operations. It supports media and buffer transfer, product sampling, harvest collection, bulk storage, filtration, purification connections, and more. The assembly process occurs in a certified ISO Class 7 cleanroom. Each unit is double-bagged and labeled with traceable lot numbers, making it easy to maintain compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
