Foxx Life Sciences Purchases The Assets Of Roush Life Sciences

Salem, New Hampshire (January 1, 2014) – Foxx Life Sciences purchased the assets of Roush Life Sciences on December 31, 2013. Starting January 1, 2014, the name was changed to Foxx Life Sciences. The location, products, patents, trademarks, equipment, tooling, and the majority of the employees remain the same. With over 600 product SKUs and a wide variety of IP, Foxx is a leader in filtration and fluid management products for the research, biotech, and pharmaceutical markets.

In 2009, the company launched Autofil, a patented next generation bottle top filtration system. This product line includes the widest variety of vacuum filtration devices in the industry (15ml, 50ml, 250ml, 500ml, and 1000ml).

In 2011, EZGrip Carboys were launched with a wide variety of new innovative features and benefits for fluid management including the unique VersaCap technology. From 2012 to 2013, the company launched a wide range of disposable research products including flasks and vented flasks, heavy duty vacuum bottles, media bottles, 75 Liter Carboy, and the new 0.1um vacuum filtration. “We are very excited about the new company and the opportunities ahead with our global distribution channels. We continue to focus on new products with the launch of the EZwaste HPLC closed loop waste management system and a new solvent filtration product in 2014,” said Thomas Taylor, President and CEO of Foxx Life Sciences.
