What Chemicals are Compatible with Nylon?

  • Nylon is generally chemically resistant to oils and fuels, gasoline, mineral spirits, and some alcohols
  • Nylon has a high melting point, around 256°C / 492°F
  • NOT compatible with ozone, most acids
