Educational Book Published by the SEE Science Center

If you – or your kids – love dinosaurs, this is the book! Dinosaurs answer your questions in this educational book designed for the whole family to learn about dinosaurs together.

In this book, curious children pose questions to dinosaurs whom answer with honesty and humor, leading to a better understanding of the age of dinosaurs. The book includes scientific explanations and a glossary to help parents explain various concepts of the lives and times of dinosaurs to their children – or vice versa!

SEE Science Center Dinosaur Book

Did you know some “microraptors” were the size of a chicken? Ever wonder if dinosaurs maintained their lawns or bought their wives flowers? Well, maybe not, but this book uses various propositions as starting points for some fascinating explorations of dinosaur life, extending from the Triassic through Cretaceous eras. The resulting relation between fact and fantasy is just the type of thing kids can sink their imaginary velociraptor fangs into, which makes for a memorable learning experience. Adults will enjoy this as well.

The SEE Science Center's hardcover book is made in New Hampshire and features the artwork of award winning local Manchester, NH artist, Peter Noonan's beautifully illustrated watercolor illustrations. It was written for the SEE Science Center by their Design Coordinator, Adele Maurier, also of Manchester.
