The EZBio® Carboys with Sanitary Neck from Foxx Life Sciences are designed for efficient, contamination-controlled handling of liquids and powders in bioprocessing, laboratory, and pharmaceutical environments. Built for closed-loop operations, these carboys enable secure integration with standard sanitary tri-clamp connections, supporting clean and controlled processing.
Available in both round and rectangular formats, EZBio® Carboys offer flexibility based on application needs. Round carboys are ideal for mixing applications, while rectangular carboys provide space-efficient handling and storage. The product line supports a wide range of workflows across bioprocess production, media preparation, and sampling operations.
The EZBio® Carboys with Sanitary Neck are rigid containers manufactured from high-purity, autoclavable polypropylene (PP) and fitted with welded 4-inch or 6-inch sanitary tri-clamp necks. This design allows direct, secure connection to transfer assemblies, powder charging tools, and process equipment without exposing contents to the surrounding environment.
Engineered for both liquid and powder handling, the wide sanitary opening enables high-volume transfers while minimizing splashing, clogging, and material loss. Standard volumes range from 2.5 L to 50 L, with customization available up to 115 L, making these carboys suitable for both development-scale and production-scale operations.
