Vacuum filtration is a routine but critical step in media preparation, cell culture, and sample clarification. The patented next generation EZLabpure™ Bottle Top Vacuum Filtration units are engineered specifically for these challenges. With a new 90 mm High Flow Foxx Velocity asymmetric PES membrane, they deliver faster filtration rates and improved throughput without compromising recovery or sterility.

Available in 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL complete systems or as funnel-only units, these filters provide flexibility for both research and industrial use. Every unit is sterile, manufactured from USP Class VI polystyrene, and produced in an ISO 13485 FDA-regulated cleanroom to ensure consistency and compliance.

The EZLabpure™ Bottle Top Vacuum Filtration System is a single-use filtration device designed to support sterile media preparation, buffer filtration, and large-volume clarification of biological samples.

Its performance advantage comes from the High Flow Foxx Velocity asymmetric PES membrane, which provides a large 90 mm EFA (effective filtration area). This increases flow rate, reduces filtration time, and supports higher recovery of valuable components such as proteins and cells.

Because the membrane is low protein binding and surfactant-free, it minimizes loss of biological material, making it especially effective for FBS, serum media, and other viscous or high-value solutions.

Each filtration unit uses the new EZLabpure™ Media Bottle, which features an angled shoulder designed to improve control and prevent splashing during pouring. The bottles are available in USP Class VI PETG or Polystyrene, offering clarity, mechanical strength, and chemical compatibility for cell culture environments.
