High Flow PES Full Assembly Lab Filtration

Foxx Life Sciences Autofil® 1L .2μm High Flow PES Bottle Top Filter Full Assembly is a complete filtration system for your laboratory filtration applicational needs. This patented next-generation system includes a SECUREgrasp® media bottle attached to the bottle top filter, which features a 0.2μm (sterilization grade) asymmetric PES low protein binding and surfactant-free membrane. Also included is a standard hose barb vacuum connector.  

Designed for sterilization or clarification of aqueous laboratory fluids, Foxx Life Sciences Autofil® Vacuum Filtration System is a disposable, sterile, vacuum-operated unit used for the preparation of buffers, tissue culture media, microbiological media, and other biological fluids. Utilizing the hardware avoids potential contamination by eliminating any unnecessary fluid transfer to the media bottle post-sterilization, and reduces the risk of spills.

An industry first, Foxx Life Sciences offers a stable, low-profile, patented optional pedestal base or a low-cost ring-stand cradle. Each holder provides a stationary vacuum hose connection that makes set-up and use quick and efficient while preventing spills and tissue culture hood contamination. These holders also allow for hands-free operation of the filter unit. Foxx Life Sciences Autofil® is manufactured in an ISO 13485 clean room in NA.

Autofil® 250ml is available as either a complete system or as a funnel only bottle-top vacuum filter. The patented next generation product comes with 3 different asymmetric PES membrane pore sizes ( .1μm, 0.2μm, or 0.45μm). Our membrane is low protein binding and surfactant-free.

 The filters are Gamma sterilized 10^"6 in the USA.
