Foxx Life Sciences Vita Mixers™ are top-mounted shaft mixing systems designed for closed aseptic environments. Ideal for low shear mixing to intense mixing, with fewer steps for setup and less operator intervention. The suspended shaft of the mixing device is coupled to a magnetic impeller and is made of Polypropylene.
Available in multiple sizes and multiple configurations. Further, they can be customized using Foxx’s welding capabilities, with tubing, ports, impellers, sensors, check valves, sampling ports, and heating/cooling equipment based on application needs.
Offered in Sterile/Non-Sterile options and rectangle/round containers that can best fit mixing requirements. Manufactured with USP Class VI materials in a Class 7 Cleanroom environment. Vita Mixers™ reduce the adverse effects of shear/mixing associated with the use of normal stir bars and are a low-cost investment compared to a stainless-steel mixing system.

- PEEK Shaft for less extractable leachable and Polypropylene for better chemical compatibility.
- Round or Rectangle container available to support vortex-driven powder incorporation or gentle mixing of shear-sensitive products.
- Customization options also include sensors, welded TC connectors, hose barbs, powder caps and other application-specific configurations.
